Ed Hardy Stuff

Hardy has lent his name (and vintage graphics) to this awesome line of tees and hoodies. Screened and splatter-painted on to buttery cotton, his dazzling designs have already been spotted on the hottest celebrity bods.

here's some Stuff Inspired by Ed Hardy that i find it really cool to wear..

Mens Ed Hardy Triple Skull Zip Up in Black

There are now Ed Hardy stores in New York, Los Angeles, Tucson and Dubai. That $20 million-a-year business, of which Hardy gets a small slice for licensing his name and art, is the handiwork of French-born marketing ace Christian Audigier, who pushed the Von Dutch brand and now has everybody from Madonna to Larry King draped in Hardy. It's a pleasing turn of events for an artist who made his bones tattooing daggered hearts and anchors on sailors in San Diego in the raffish old days before body art became respectable. Now it almost seems as if there's a Starbucks and a tattoo parlor on every corner.

Louis Vuitton wins lawsuit against Britney Spears

Britney Spears got into some serious trouble for using the Vuitton name without permission.

The French fashion house decided to take action following their trademark handbag fabric featuring in the pink car in her Do Something Video

"Britney Spears‘ video for ‘Do Somethin’‘ was involved in a lawsuit by Louis Vuitton. The problem is that in the video, Louis Vuitton fabric was used. It was stretched across the dashboard like nobody’s business.

The label has won a $117,000 cash award and the rights to have the video banned from future use."

But it technically and surprisingly wasn’t Britney’s fault,

In the video, Spears appears in a car upholstered with Louis Vuitton fabric. The tribunal found the director of the video had clearly emphasised the Louis Vuitton brand, the report said.
The tribunal ruled that responsibility for the unauthorised use of the Louis Vuitton brand lay with Sony (nyse: SNE - news - people ) BMG and its subsidiary Zomba as well as MTV Online, and not the singer herself.

Or was it?

Britney made her directorial debut with the music video for Do Somethin’, though she had assistance from previous Spears collaborator Billie Woodruff (”Born to Make You Happy,” “Overprotected”). Britney requested that she be credited as “Mona Lisa” for the video, her apparent alter-ego.

What is FASHION?

~Once identified, fashions begin to change.~

Fashion is a term usually used in a positive sense, as a synonym for glamour, beauty and style it is also applies to a prevailing mode of expression, but quite often applies to a personal mode of expression that may or may not apply to all.

Fashion is something we deal with everyday. Even people who say they don't care what they wear, they choose clothes every morning that say a lot about them and how they feel that day.

Fashion is a big business. More people are involved in buying, selling and production of clothing than any other business in the world. Everyday, millions of workers design, sew, glue, dye, and transport clothing to stores. Ads on buses, billboards and magazines give us ideas about what to wear, consciously, or subconsciously.

Current global fashion centres are London, Milan, Paris and New York, but other cities like Rome and Tokyo are also becoming well known.

Fashion According to --Cynthia Durcanin works for Elle Magazine
Fashion is a state of mind. A spirit, an extension of one's self. Fashion talks, it can be an understated whisper, a high-energy scream or an all knowing wink and a smile. Most of all fashion is about being
comfortable with yourself, translating self-esteem into a personal style.

Why is it important?

Fashion is a means of self-expression that allows people to try on many roles in life. Whether you prefer hip-hop or Chanel-chic, fashion accommodates the chameleon in all of us. It's a way of celebrating the diversity and variety of the world in which we live. Fashion is about change which is necessary to keep life interesting. It's also a mirror of sorts on society. It's a way of measuring a mood that can be useful in many aspects, culturally, socially even psychologically. At the same time, fashion shouldn't be taken too seriously or you lose the fun of it.

How do you know what will be hot in the future?

The collections in Paris, New York and Milan, and now London, typically set the stage for the industry one year in advance. Though, I think the street is the real barometer of style. More and more designers are drawing their inspiration from life on the street. So once again, there is a link to personal style and fashion. A teenager can throw something together without thinking about it and it can trigger a new trend.

How do you choose what to wear in the morning?
It depends on my day, mood and what's clean. If I have an important meeting or presentation, I put more thought into what I will wear. But on my most days, I dress to my mood which can range from funky to retro to classical. Then again, there are days when my laundry basket dictates what I ultimately wear.

Celebrity Fashion Disasters

Not all celebrities are “IN” In fashion Industry.. Not all have taste in fashion...Some just wear those because they have access to the world's best designer clothing products (for free,) and a team of makeup artist and stylish (for free) but does doesn't mean Hollywood Celebrities are infallible when in comes to their fashion taste..

Here's some Hollywood Celebs having fashion disasters..

What happen to Kristen Dunts? She looks like an old lady with those sloppy beige pieces! This can be fix by using of wide belt on the sweater for waist definition or shorten the skirt a few more inches above the knee.

Kimberly.. get rid off that headband please!

A little cleavage is a good thing. But opping out of your dress? Not such a good thing. IMO

I just don't like Fergie wearing something like a girl-in-uniform idea.. Guess there's something wrong with her mini skirt.. Maybe she should change that one into short shorts.

Hey eva! Are you Okay? We understand if you may be expressing your wild side, but a leopard maxi dress with billowy sleeves is just too much of a good thing for you. Anyway, i still adore you despite of what you wear..

I can't really point out what was missing for Beyonce... hmm..Let me think.. aahh I see! maybe a pair of pants or a skirt? what'd you think? I guess the obvious fix would be a visible pair of longer shorts, pants or skirt. If she's dying to try a leggy look, she should stick with minidresses that give her more thigh coverage..

Dolce & Gabbana’s Runway Fashion Shows

"Dolce & Gabbana’s aesthetic is anything but coy: They will gleefully squeeze as much excess as is humanly possible into each show-stopping piece, whether a jacket, dress, or suit. “Dolce & Gabbana aren’t subtle,” says Andrew Bolton, associate curator at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute. “They design blatant statements. Yet they also have a huge sense of irony and whimsy.” After their first collection launched to international acclaim in 1986, the brand soon expanded to knitwear, beachwear, lingerie and accessories; today, they have two main clothing lines—the couture Dolce & Gabbana and the younger, more informal D&G. Earning remarkable financial success (despite the prevalence of fraudulent D&G merchandise), the designers’ way with a corset has become emblematic of their love of va-va-voom dressing—and their awesome tailoring talents."

Designers produce fashion shows to show off their latest collections. Here are the latest fashion Shows for Dolce & Gabbanna .. enjoy!

Fashion Taste Before and After Break Up's

Before the Breakup: Drew Barrymore Looks Dowdy

At the Golden Globes in 2006, Drew Barrymore looked frumpy in a see-through green dress, styleless hair and washed-out makeup.

After the Breakup: Drew Barrymore is Smokin'!

Drew split with the Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti early in 2007 After 4 1/2 years of dating. When she surfaced in February '07 to promote "Music and Lyrics" she appeared in a slew of great designer gowns, most notably this goddess gown from Donna Karan paired with a Stephen Dweck necklace. Her hair is sleek, and her makeup -- while exaggerated for the red carpet -- gives her a polished, grown-up look.

Before the Breakup: Reese Witherspoon is Demure

She never really looked bad before her breakup, but Reese Witherspoon had gotten into the rut of wearing sweet, vintage styles.

After the Breakup: Reese Witherspoon Shines

Reese Witherspoon's 7-year marriage to actor Ryane Phillippe ended in '06, but her style took on new life. Appearing at the Golden Globes in early '07, Reese Witherspoon wore a look-at-me yellow Nina Ricci dress. Her sexy new banged haircut looked fresh and modern; it was a departure from her usual sweet, girl-next-door image.

Before the Breakup: Cameron Diaz Caz for Premieres

Back in '04, Cameron Diaz dressed down (waaaay down) to promote "Shrek 2."

After the Breakup: Cameron Diaz Glam for Premieres

You have to admire Cameron Diaz for being able to travel the world and do premieres for "Shrek 3" with ex-boyfriend (of almost 4 years) Justin Timberlake. At least the famously casual actress did it in true eat-your-heart-out style with knockout dresses along the tour, including this black Chanel dress.
